Dance Recital 2013!

Last weekend was Livy's dance recital.  The girls have been practicing all year and did such a great job!  We are so proud of all of them!  Livy just loves dance class was so excited to be up on the big stage.   Next year she is joining tiny tap class as well so we will get to see her do 2 dances....she's super excited for that!  Here are some pictures from their recital.....

MN Zoo.....

We went to the MN Zoo this year for my birthday.  It was nice to have an extra day off after memorial day and we had lots of fun.  It had been raining for days, but the weather was actually pretty good this day.  It only rained once while we were there and when it did, we went and did all of the inside trails.  By the time we were done, it had stopped.  There was hardly anyone at the zoo since we went during the week so it was really nice to not have to deal with the crowds!  Here are some pictures from our trip.....

 We got to feed the giraffes....and I say we because the girls were terrified....even though this is all they talked about ALL day!

 This is as close as Liv would get.....she was still screaming :)  She will tell you this was her favorite part of the trip if you ask her and she wanted a stuffed giraffe at the end of the day so apparently she put this terrifying experience behind her :)
